Job Form Scam And The Nigerian Customs Service (Ncs): What Hope For Nigerian Jobseekers?

Every year, job-seeking Nigerians complain about the high level of corruption which takes place whenever there is recruitment into the Civil Service. No one seems to be concerned. As a matter of fact, those in high places, who could have stemmed this unfortunate trend, seem to have their hands soiled in the whole mess, being, themselves, right in the centre of it all.
Besides the inadequate organization of such recruitment processes, such as poor web services (for online application processes) and hoarding (and subsequent sales) of application forms (for jobs which require physically obtaining and filling of forms), one the most lucrative of these corrupt practices is the direct sales of jobs to jobseekers.
